Chickadee or Golden Piglet?

we're thinking of getting a sonogram so we can know once and for all, is this baby growing inside me a chickadee like we've assumed all along or the auspicious golden pig?


Year of Pig Ushers in Hopeful Year


Some Korean folklorists call all this hype and there's disagreement over whether this event happens every 60 years or every 600 years. Although this Year of the Golden Pig business is just folklore, I say, let the people have their myth! And let them be glad in it! Korea expects a 10% increase in the birth rate in 2007. That's a lot of people investing in this "myth."

Either way, we feel many blessings and abundance already, just having conceived this little piggiechick. Only time will tell if our chickadee is really a golden pig. Sure makes me want to drop a few coins into a golden piggy bank....
