March in Austin is so wonderful - the annual kite festival. Seems like just yesterday Lucy and I went to this for the first time together years before Hugh came along, and giggled that we had our spirit baby with us....

I'm a mama in Austin, TX. I'm passionate about food. Good, clean, wholesome food. I'm learning the balance between maniacal and flexible. I hope I don't give him an eating disorder. I love everything about this child. His hands are so delightfully round and fluffy! I inspect them every morning upon waking because I want to know the *moment* he loses that baby chub on his fingers. I will cry a river on that day.
