teeth

are coming! we're pretty sure that's the culprit of the copious drool, voracious gnawing on things, increased random fussiness, and weird green poop. my mama intuition says they're moving around in his head right now and will likely take a bit longer to make their debut.

this development coincides, interestingly enough, with the release of the movie by the same title (Teeth) that was filmed across the street from us in 2005. It's a horror flick that's now showing in Austin. Weird, eh? The filming caused all manner of ruckus among the old folks in the hood. if you care to know more about the film, just see mr. google. this is a family blog, and all....and the film is definitely not a family flick. you've been warned.

Our nightly bath ritual continues to get even sweeter - no poops in the tub in a looooooong time, although i've just jinxed it. Just when i get all full of my mama self, i bow in humility to mr. baby's great wisdom.

tons of giggles and big big smiles. this guy is one happy little being. i'm so thankful he's enjoying life thus far.
