Resolutions and Affirmations for 2007

Now, in all seriousness - the chick's mamas have a tradition. We hang positive affirmations all over the hen house on bright slivers of paper. Our rule is that when you stumble upon one, say, when you're making coffee in the morning or pulling the blow dryer out to dry your hair, you read the affirmation aloud and breathe it in. deeply.

So, today, I hung the 2007 affirmations/resolutions. Since I'm just enamored/addicted to the Inanna story right now, many of the affirmations have to do with characters from the story. One is "Emulate Enki" - Inanna's father. That might not make sense to any of you, or perhaps a few of you - my faithful blog readers.

Another is - "Love Warriors slay agreements!" another is - "Dear Lanell, Presume Nothing. Love, Your Love Warrior"
